Fashion retailer to open: Fashion retailer H set for Nov. 5 grand opening in Gardens It's official: The H store in The Gardens Mall will open at noon Friday. To celebrate the opening, the fashion retailer will be giving the first 250 shoppers an H T shirt and an "Access to Fashion Pass," valued from $10 to $300.
